2. Description of Service

Baskly provides a grocery price comparison platform. We are not a retailer, we do not sell groceries directly, and we do not hold inventory. We provide information and tools to help you compare prices and optimize your shopping.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Baskly offers both Free and Paid (Premium) Subscriptions.

• Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage your billing through the portal in your profile settings.
• Pricing: Subscription prices are subject to change with notice. All fees are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Refunds: Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact hello@baskly.io for refund inquiries.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for 100% accuracy, grocery prices, specials, and availability are provided "as is" and can vary by store location or regional factors. Baskly information should be used as a guide only. We recommend verifying critical prices directly with the retailer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology on the Baskly platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our data without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Baskly is not liable for choices made based on platform content, or for any issues that arise when interacting with third-party retailer websites via external links.
