Baskly is a price comparison platform that helps Australian shoppers compare grocery prices across major retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, and Priceline. We do not sell products directly and do not hold any inventory.
Returns & Refunds
Baskly does not process returns or refunds for physical goods. All grocery purchases initiated through links or integrated features on our platform are completed directly with the respective retailer (Coles, Woolworths, or other listed stores).
As such, any returns, refunds, or exchanges for products are subject to the policies of the retailer from which you made your purchase.

Baskly Subscriptions
If you have a Baskly Premium subscription, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and visiting your Profile settings.
